pick me dance

Usually associated with cheating spouses, the betrayed souse believes that by doing extra and trying to make up for perceived lack of attention by the wayward spouse. This gives the cheater a sense of entitlement and power because they could say anything low or demeaning and the pick me dancer will do it. Meanwhile the Cheaters heart is with the affair partner. This can apply to any situation where one partner has a current partner and new partner, and the current one will do anything to keep them.

Hey did you see, Jane was seeing Rick and now she’s interested in Toby. Look at Rick do the pick me dance while she sits on her ass with the new guy.

Exclamation that describes displeasure on the part of the speaker due to something being distasteful or otherwise sickening or displeasurable. Used commonly among teenage girls, and is the true option when one chooses what to be gagged with. None of the spoon nonsense. The original saying is "gag me with a fork".

"Omg, why do they have to start undressing each other before they even get to the bedroom? "
"Yeah, I know, gag me with a fork!"

1. A term an underground rapper, Hoaraches 99, uses when someone roasts her

2. A term similar to roasting, but the person is left on spotlight by someone calling them out, or roasting them or if that person said something embarrassing, leaving other peers roast or call them out when the spotlight is on that person.

1. “I’m sorry if I said a stupid statement , please don’t put me on the spotlight.”
2. “Someone just put me on the spotlight on a groupchat by saying I look like an emo blobfish.”
