Upon completion of the 3rd week with no response from the 'email-ee'. The resume sender then says that he/she is going to go over their head to a higher authority in the company. Thus calling the 'email-ee' ignorant and rude claiming he is withdrawing their resume based upon the fact that they, on principal do not work with ignorant or rude people.
