Someone who is only a means to keep you emotionally/romantically stimulated until you find who you really want/are meant to be with. They are easy to become infatuated with and almost as easy to leave. They often set a standard of how you want and should be treated but you won't stay with them, they are just a guide.

When an adult fails to develop proper emotional maturity. Usually secondary to being spoiled or helicopter parenting. People with the condition often live at home well into their 30s and often use the phrase “let me check with my mom” whenever faced with making adult decisions.
The 30 year old with emotional autism in room one won’t let us stitch him up till his mom gets here.
