Get the fall damagemug. Da opposite of "treble damages"; it refers to what a court awards you due to a loudspeaker-array's woofers sounding grindy, buzzy, and/or just plain crappy.
You can also be awarded "bass damages" if someone's excessively-loud/thumpy woofers cause hearing-loss and/or structural harm to your property.

When you have been sunburnt countless times because frolic-ing in the sun for days on end has been far more important that protecting the epidermis, usually causing (but not limited to): sun spots, freckles, uneven skin tone, leathery skin, a body that has been treated more like an amusement park, rather than a temple.
