Having a sit

When you are sitting around with friends and everyone has an idea of something to do, but there is no consensus, so a lot of time passes and you realize that nothing has been done...but everyone still had a blast hanging out. You have been having a sit.

Alternatively, one can proactively avoid the back and forth decision about making plans that don’t come to fruition by just being upfont and suggesting a sit.

After a couple of hours of hanging out, good convo, laughter and not deciding on anything...you have been having a sit

Person 1: “What’s going on tomorrow night?”
Person 2: states several things of little interest to the group
Person 3: “Anyone wanna get together and have a sit?”
Group: “Hell yeah, that sounds good!”
Or
Person 1: “What did you guys do last night?”
Person 2: “We just had a sit”

ultimate sit-up

To tell one of your friends to try and do the hardest sit up. Place a towel over there eyes and hold it tight to the ground. While there struggling to get up have another person pull down there pants exposing there ass. The ass will be over the person doing the sit-up's face. Pull the towel away and the sit-up persons face should shoot up straight into the buthole of the person.

Imm finna call Jerry up and have him do the ultimate sit-up. Make sure you dont whipe your ass.

A phrase often heard in response to an outlandishly stupid statement. This plainly means, that someone has said somthing so stupid, or you are in such disagreement, that the person who has made the statement, must now leave the group discussion to suclude himself from the discussion.
