One of the best games to ever grace the Nintendo 64!!!
It's a Rail Shooter that was developed by Treasure (Gunstar Heroes, Ikaruga,) and originally released exclusively in Japan in 2000. Set in the dystopian near-future year of 2007, you play as Saki Amamiya and Airan Jo, who have to shoot and slash through hordes of freaky ass mutant monsters called "Ruffians" and the "Armed Volunteers", who are a group of soldiers who fight against the ruffians but are also a bunch of evil motherfuckers who oppress the Japanese people.
This game was well received by critics upon its release and was popular among import gamers, so popular that its release on the Wii Virtual Console was the most demanded among gamers.
The game eventually got a sequel on the Wii called "Sin & Punishment: Star Successor" (Known as "Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies" in Europe), which was released in 2009 in Japan and 2010 internationally.

Noun: A label for inappropriate, sinful behavior committed by a Christian (or otherwise religious) individual on a regular basis, where that individual sees no wrong doing.
Billy and Ann are driving down the road when they are suddenly cut off by another car. Billy honks his horn and the car in front of him sticks their hand out the window, flips him off, and yells something at Billy. Billy states, "Oh man, that's not cool. And look, they even have a cross dangling from their rearview mirror". Ann responds and says, "Don't worry about it Billy. That's just a subjective sin. They see nothing wrong with their wrath".

The road you take when the highway to hell is backed up. It is the ontological opposite of Saint’s Row.
“Hey, how long is this gonna take? I wanna get to eternal punishment already.”
“Highway’s backed up. Waze says Sin Drive is clear, though!”
