It avoids Ireland Poetry Roots and focuses on capitalizing a dumbd down message for Popularity and shock value ,artists include Versatile whom According to World Renowned Hip Hop Critic Collin Daggers on his Food For Thought Blog despite being A Cultural Phenomenon white guys in tracksuits and features with Coolio there sell out shows are largely down to filling a void rather then fulfilling one catering to the Red /bul Generation.This can be seen as the Calm before the Storm The Allegory before a true Hip Hop Group of High Calibre breaks the mold and inovate the scene like Scary Éire almost did all this remains to be scene ,Special Mention to Irish Grime and Thanx for Barry Scott getting rid of it.

So basically this one for the boys. A scraggler is when you shave your pubes and/or balls and you leave a leftover or two fully developed pubes. The super long, funnily enough, extra curly one. You know the one.
