Get the Dave and Bambi Modmug. A popular mod among Creative Zen Micro owners that involves using the rectangular Altoids case to store the mp3 player. Without any modifications a Micro nearly sits perfectly inside a case. Padding the inner-walls not only makes for a perfect fit, it also gives a bit of drop protection. A hole is cut away at the top to allow access to the power/lock button, headphone jack, microphone, and USB input.
