Have done or achieved something wild to get you posted all over Snapchat and Instagram, or have over 10k on instagram for whatever reason. Wilding af at parties or being a Soundcloud Rapper are perfect examples. “Valley legend” can also be a term used by City kids to make fun of popular valley kids. Basically, anyone popular and wild from the valley can be characterized as a Valley legend.
