When media has exciting action and characters with aura, but the actual writing is ok at best. Most commonly used to describe certain anime.

Person 1: "Is this anime any good? I'm thinking of getting into it."

Person 2: "It's pretty much just hype moments and aura, don't expect any complex writing."

When you touch for the first time, or when you have some other experience which is dope, and you want that moment to last forever, that's when you're having a moment.

One moment in time is something else, that's simply the same as one point in the time dimension, which is no time period at all because it doesn't last for as much as a fragment of a second.

However, if someone is using the phrase Moment, that means that you should just shut up and kindly behave for a moment or two until the moment comes when your life can continue. In other words: Wait a little. In this case, a moment actually is a period of time, and certainly not just one moment in time.

Oh, come on, I thought we were having a moment.

Jeremy moment

A situation that defies logic or expectations in a way that feels bizarrely fitting for someone like Jeremy. It's less about what Jeremy says, and more about his presence and gestures, his "gesthics" in moments that are strangely chaotic, awkward, or unexpected. A "Jeremy Moment" captures that vibe of, "Yeah, that would totally happen to Jeremy."

The vending machine exploded and started playing classical music. Total Jeremy moment.
