Mental One: Mental Orgasim. Also referred to as Mental O' or Mental. This is used when a person or persons is incredibly hot, sexy, and or beyond hottness or sexiness(etc.) that they give you a mental orgasim, via mental O'. Also can be used with mmm yes for more emphasis!

Randomly spitting out too much information that's either relevant or irrelevant to the conversation

That is why most ppl who have been on antibiotics for too long get explosive diarrhea or clostridium difficile."
