Mental One: Mental Orgasim. Also referred to as Mental O' or Mental. This is used when a person or persons is incredibly hot, sexy, and or beyond hottness or sexiness(etc.) that they give you a mental orgasim, via mental O'. Also can be used with mmm yes for more emphasis!

Example 1;
Person 1: oh that guy is soo hot!
Person 2: I know I just got a mental one!

Example 2;
*supa sexy person walks by*
Person 1: mental mental!

Example 3;
Person 1: hot guy two o' clock!
Person 2: mmm yes, mental one!

someone who has the tendency to be very, very angry. However they have very angelic features and wear odds clothes such as fleeces and combat trousers in a bid to try and fool people that they are calm.

Mental Diarrhea

Randomly spitting out too much information that's either relevant or irrelevant to the conversation

Person 1: "Do you know how antibiotics screw with your stomach because our normal gut flora lines our GI tract which protects us from other pathogens. So what the antibioitcs are doing is killing good bacteria in your stomach allowing bad bacteria to colonize. That is why most ppl who have been on antibiotics for too long get explosive diarrhea or clostridium difficile."

Person 2: Mental Diarrhea...
