A word to define the way bros talk to and about each other by shorting the word, yet the other bro still knows exactly what he's saying.

bro rep 

Often used in Crossfit, a 'bro rep' refers to the situation where a friendly scorer allows for a questionable repetition to count instead of giving a 'no rep'.

He definitely didn't go low enough on the last squat but I could tell he was tired so I gave him a 'bro rep'.

In the official competitions, 'bro reps' aren't in play.

Basic Denver Bro 

Male. Aged 19-35. Drives an old SUV, Toyota Tacoma, or other "utilitarian" vehicle. Claims to love craft beer though may or may not be able to discern the difference between a porter and a stout.
