When there is some one that is REALLY whiney and annoying who you would generally call a bitch, but is also a complete a A-hole or dick and you dont know what to call them so you'd call them a bick. A cross between bitch and dick.

"OMG that boy is SO annoying and whiney, he's such a bitch!" person A

"Yeah but he was also such a an asshole dick to me a few days ago." person B
"So he's both?That would mean he's a bick." person C
