Typically it means, making a sharp noise when bitten or crushed and (of food) pleasantly crisp. But now people are trying to make it a popular term for a granola, hippie mom. Stop trying to make crunchy happen.. it’s not going to happen. It’s not a thing.. even if people want you to believe it’s a thing. Don’t use it.. no one will know what you’re talking about..

An adjective used to describe someone who goes all-natural in their lifestyle. Giving up seed oils, artificial colors and dyes, non-organic food etc. They eat grass-fed meat and whole foods like raw dairy and honey. Most consumed things are locally and responsibly sourced. They make everything from scratch and avoid preservatives. They avoid plastic and other harmful contaminants. This is all in an effort to balance the body’s hormones and restore health to the levels- no political affiliation or look is associated with this lifestyle. Synonymous with “granola”
