Hoe-ting is a verb. It means when you get a text and it is a new hoe your seeing or about to meet.

Ying Ting

The sweetest mom friend of your group :D Be a friend of an Ying Ting and you've got a friend for life. She'll always check in on you periodically to make sure you're doing well and catch up.
