This is an additional term adding on to the new Gen Alpha Brainrot slang, “Glutes” which means hair. Simply “Gluteus Maximus” means Voluminous hair.

This means someone is trying to tell you that you have very voluminous hair

I took Gluteus Maximus's jelly and formed a glute concoction out of spite.
