Determorgen

Determorgen is an ancient germanic word which for most of history was lost until It was recovered by pure accident within the last few years. It is an extremely specific phrase that has been recorded scarcely throughout history, besides a few instances where transcripts were found in the British Isles. Dated back to when the saxons first conquered and colonized England. The term for a long time was poorly translated, and believed to mean “murderer who only kills his kin”, making many believe that it was in refrence to kin slaying or familicide. However with the discovery of more transcripts, they were able to determine it actually meant “murderer who kills other murderers”.

Deterministic nominativism

Someone with a specific career may have an urge to change their name to something that matches their career in some way. Similar to nominative determinism except the name changes to match the career as opposed to the other way around.

Mick the mattress salesman has changed his name to Mattress Mick. I guess he had a case of deterministic nominativism.
