When a video editor purposely takes a small clip of a video in order for the context of the whole video to be missed. This method is often used on social media for the purpose of “Going Viral”.

Clip Culture made it seem like that celebrity meant something they didn’t. I hate social media cloutchasers.

Its done by facing a wall saying "/e dance2" in the chat and turning on "Shiftlock"
