Although most commonly used to mean nigga or brother, alot of white kids use it to mean penis. It's actually a common slang for it in my area, So someone coudl be using it for that too.

This is a verb. To shizzle my nizzle means to take a salt shaker (aka shizzle) and have it expel its sodium-rich innards over someone's belly button. (aka navel, which leads to nizzle.)
