Hershey Brother

A term of endearment used between the recipients and donors of a fecal transplant.

Recipients of a fecal transplant who see marked enough positive effect to warrant becoming a donor themselves may extend the brotherhood by the act of donating. The original donor may only expand the brotherhood by further donations to new individuals.

"I know you said not to mention it, but that fecal transplant has completely fixed my IBS, and I've lost like 20 pounds to boot. I owe you big time for that donation."

"You're right, I did say not to mention it."

"Don't be like that, we're Hershey Brothers you and I."
