Hämeenlinna isn't growing but isn't dying either. Probably balanced by people moving from some sickeningly shitty side towns which Hämeenlinna has way too fucking many of. Firstly there's Turenki, which is the best town in the world. Then there's incest filled Tervakoski, completely mentally fucked up citizens of Hauho, Tuulos and Lammi that for some god damn fucking reason want to live in the middle of the woods 30km from civilization and then there's Renko which is just simply a lost cause. Hämeenlinna is mainly known as the point which people are forced to drive through.
