Pull it upp is a dance move created for individuals amusement. You preform the pull it upp by garbing the top back part of your pants and slightly pulling them up repetitively. You can preform pull it upp by pulling your top back of your pants up and swaying your hips or just standing straight while pulling your pants up.

Wow you can pull it upp so good.
Did you see that guy at the game, he can`t really pull it upp.
