A Murder Of Kyles - a group of obnoxious males , typically young, loud, rude, the kind you don't really want to be around.
"Kyle" being used here as the male version of a Karen, and "a murder" paraphrases on the naming for a group of Crows, as well as the fact that being around A Murder Of Kyles WILL indeed kill your mood.

I went to relax in my fishing spot but a murder of Kyles was there so I decided to find a different spot.
