A boss in Block Tales, being a blue genie. When the player found a Bottled Ship, Flocci Will come out granting 2 wishes, the first wishes failed for some reason. Flocci allowed the redo the wishes, so the player ask for a Bottled Ship. Which Flocci doesnt allow because thats his home, starting a boss battle. After the boss fight, Flocci gave you the Bottled Ship. Running away and not granting your second wishes. In the Temple of the Red Sun, the player alongside Calypso found a shovel. Being Flocci new home, he denied the player wishes for the shovel. After some argument, he gave you the shovel and decided to explore the outside world.
