Twunt

An annoying person that drives at 20mph (or less) in a 20mph speed limit and/or continues to drive at that speed even though they are allowed to drive faster (30,40,50,60mph). Twunts (plural) will be found in most towns and villages across Wales.

Why are we driving so slowly, it feels like we could walk faster? Oh it’s that Twunt at the front.
