Jousy (pronounced "jowsee", where "jow" sounds like "cow")

Someone who is, or has experienced something utterly annoyingly and frustratingly lucky that you outwardly express happiness for bit secretly are bitterly jealous about. Usually followed by "bastard" or "git".

Can also be applied to someone who receives a reward or good outcome with no effort when you have bust your balls working towards it and failed, or someone who gets away with something when basic odds suggest they really shouldn't have.

"You won free kebabs and beer for life? Jousy git!"

"You couldn't be arsed ever getting a job, skimmed by on benefits, scored a free council flat and then found five hundred grand in cash stashed in a bag behind a wall panel? You utter jousy bastard!"
