When someone wants to fuck with you, so you push them into the gutter, lift up their face and use your foot to smash their face against the gutter kerb. Resulting in a bloody mess.

Tom wanted to fuck with Glen, but Glen was like no way and destroyed his face with a kerb stomp.

The act of making a Chickenhead chew all the grass in your lawn to equal length as an alternative to actually mowing it yourself. Usually some incentive is needed, hence the Stomp.
