When a person is sleeping, either shave your pubes or theirs, cum on their feet while they're sleeping, and then sprinkle on the hair, thus giving a "Hobbit-like" apperence

Giving a shit; caring about something. Generally used in sarcasm, though sometimes give-a-shititis is used with a preceding negator, such as doesn't-give-a-shititis, or I-don't-give-a-shititis.

Related to give-a-fuck bay, I don't give a shit, and so on.
