Someone who has a habit of ghosting you until they want something from you then they suddenly will text you and reply quickly, then once they got what they want they go back to their regular ghosting

Text "Hey Amber, what's up this weekend?" No reply. 2 months later , "Hey Chad, Can I get a ride?" Me "No thanks, don't need a flickering ghost who only talks to me when they want something or it's just about them."

Someone who completely leaves people hanging constantly, this person will constantly cancel on plans or do things on their own without any care of whether a friend would like to join them.

"Yeah, Porkins is such a fucking flake. He never wants to hang out with us and constantly would rather do things on his own."

A person who is always bailing on plans that they make. Once or twice is understandle but multiple times just shows that they dont care and it's who they are. Unreliable

Don't invite that dude bc he will always tell you he can do something but then at the last minute he will bail. He is just generally flakey.

And is appropriately named Jeff Flake, the Arizona Senator.

Jeff Flake called for a postponement of the Kavanaugh vote, as if he cared. Then flaked out and voted with the party of deplorables anyway.
