A dirty arvin is a prank, which is acted out, when you take a shit and put it in a "Karen's" pillowcase. It can be any Karen you want it to be, as long as the shit is taken in the pillow she regularly sleeps in.

Person 1: Yo dude! Guess what I just did!
Person 2: Well, I saw you coming from Karen's room, so I am guessing...
