Stands for Obsessive Lost Desert Plot Disorder (aka Obsessive Latest Darn Plot Disorder). A plot group on Neopets. Found on the current plot board on the neoboards. They've been around since the Lost Desert Plot (LDP). They have a lot of regulars who come to the OLDPD boards every day and chat, and a lot of lurkers. They have intro posts, which are helpful and during a plot list the current steps. They have boardmakers, for when a current board "explodes" (Has over 500 posts). I think this is unnecessary, they should just let the person who tops the 23rd or 24th page create it. I lurk alot there, never posting, and I personally think some of the boardmakers are a bit snobbish. Or they used to be nice, and then became snobby since they somehow got on the boardmakers list. -_- They are crazy about rules, and get mad if someone "interrupts" the intro posts. I personally find this stupid, unless it was a spammer. Once, I saw someone interrupting the intro posts because they needed help with the plot. A boardmaker told them to go find help elsewhere just because they interrupted their precious intro posts. Some of the boardmakers are nice, though. Some used to be active and friendly until they became a boardmaker, but now all they do is lurk and post good things that happened to them while browsing the site and expect everyone to congratulate them. -_-
OLDPDers also hate the mention of guilds, even if it's in passing, for some reason.
Most of the time OLDPD is fun, I've come to know everyone because of my frequent lurking, but i have yet to post there.

Someone who needs help: *Posts between intro posts* Can someone help me with the plot?

Boardmaker on OLDPD: NO! Go away! *slaps* Why did you interrupt the Intro Posts? Can't you read the first post?!!Now the world is coming to an end!
