Bethesda's Fallout series makes use of toilet sipping in the form of in-game health regeneration with the option to drink from toilets, urinals, sewage tunnels, etc. However, you will not gain extra health or energy by toilet sipping in reality, in fact you will lose health and energy at an alarming rate and likely die in a week.
