Progressive Change Management (PCM) is the collective set of activities leveraged to increase user adoption. PCM allows an organization to initiate change management activities early in the process and in parallel to the actual configuration of the system. As the project progresses closer to testing and training, the change management activities must increase in both frequency and in content depth.
By leveraging Progressive Change Management, the organization was able to reduce post go-live issues and support efforts.

Get the human centipede managementmug. Glorified game managers are slightly above game manager quarterbacks with elite talent at receiver and running back while possibly also having and elite oline around them so therefore put up pretty good to elite stats. Some examples of glorified game manager quarterbacks are Jimmy goroppolo, Ryan Tannehill, Dak Prescott, and Kirk Cousins
“Tom Brady isn’t that good. 2019 proved he’s a glorified game manager at best and can’t carry a team on his back.”
“Dak Prescott isn’t good man. He’s a box score stat padder when he’s losing by 3+ scores in the 2nd half. He also had cooper Gallup ceedee zeke and his oline is elite when healthy.”

Get the Glorified Game managermug. A small plastic stick that upper management will carry around if they work in a job that requires a lot of cleaning/janitorial work. The stick is ineffective but looks impressive. They only can use it to grab small pieces of trash. Much less useful than a broom or a dustpan.
It is a way for upper management to claim they are "working with the employees" but doesn't make them do much work.

When I see the general manager wielding his manager stick, I wonder how many other people can see through the facade.
