A sexual position involving two men where each simultaneously penetrates the asshole of the other man with their penis.

Similar to the 69 position, there is mutual stimulation between the two individuals. However, unlike the 69 position, where stimulation primarily derives from the partner's hands or insertion of the penis into the partner's mouth, stimulation in the Pisces Position is derived through anal penetration of the partner.

This position is most commonly achieved "vertically." The first individual, starting on his on his back, pulls his feet or ankles towards his head, spreading his buttocks and asshole. The second individual then stands over the first, facing away from the first individual's head. They then begin to lower themselves towards the first individual, aiming their erect penis towards the first's asshole.
