While I admit to being a disciple of dontopedalogy, I am more suspicious of those who omit to tell an important fact so as to curry favour. I wonder if there is a word for that?

A person who can't tell the truth and lives in a fantasy world with no resemblance to reality. Frequently plagued my mental instabilities and psychological dysfunction. Perhaps even prone to suffering a personality disorder.
