(Brit, informal, offensive, somewhat dated) A person who has intellectual disability (low IQ) (comparing with the US term retard), especially one associated with Down’s syndrome. Probably shortened from the obsolete term ‘mongol’ ‘Down’s syndrome’

For example: some taboo insults like ‘you fucking mong!!!! What are you doing?’
