Misspelling of “gonna”.
In the era of handheld devices, the commonly used slang word “gonna” – which is itself a vernacular spelling of “going to” – is often misspelled as “finna”. This is due to the fact that on a standard English keyboard the f character stands next to the g and the I character stands next to the o. People would commonly incorrectly press the f and i characters instead as of g and o and the word would be sent as finna instead of gonna. Over time this incorrect spelling was incorporated into common usage and became used in its own right, particularly in African American Vernacular English (AAVE).

A fake gangster that uses words such as “finna” or “hood” to pretend they are a gangster usually to look cool on social media. This does not include actual gangsters and fake gangsters usually act dangerous on purpose.
