Briggsy's Art Police

Otherwise known as Briggsy's Gay Mafia. A bunch of pretentious artists who punish the non-arty. They march through cities and verbally abuse anyone who dares to walk past an art gallery without going in and jizzing their pants in artistic excitement. Briggsy's Art Police is made up of all the artists who have been anally pleasured by Briggsy and who worship the dwarf as their god.
Better not walk past Tate Modern without going in. Briggsy's Art Police will be patrolling and I don't fancy being harangued by a gaggle of mincing queers.

Jobseeker's Allowance

Also known as JSA, this is the standard state handout to the unemployed in the UK.
Jobseeker's Allowance is paid by Jobcentre Plus to Jobseekers, who are required to actively seek work.
In order to receive Jobseeker's Allowance you must go to a branch of Jobcentre Plus so that a member of staff (a Dictator) can find out what sort or work you will have to look for - which is usually the most lowest paid, temporary and agency work. This will be called your Jobseekers Agreement.
If the dictator decides you are doing enough to find work, you will get paid a paltry sum that is not enough to live on.
In order to continue receiving Jobseekers Allowance, you must visit the Jobcentre Plus every 2 weeks - known as "Signing On" to show a dictator evidence of what you have done to find the work that is put down on your Jobseeker's Agreement.
This is very demeaning and the Dictator will make you feel very small and guilty that you are still a jobseeker.
If the dictator thinks you have applied for enough menial jobs but havent got one, you will be eligible for another payment of Jobseeker's Allowance.
You will then have to go back in another 2 weeks to do this again for your next payment of Jobseeker's Allowance.
If the Dictator decides you are not applying for enough jobs, he or she will stop your claim and you will no longer be eligible for any Jobseeker's Allowance.

my phone's about to die

This is an expression commonly used to signal to another party that either a) you no longer want to text them, or b) you intend on hanging up. This is a smooth way to avoid answering or hearing things from other people.

However, sometimes, it's true, and the person's phone really is about to die. This is rare.
(speaking on the phone)
Katie: So I've really been thinking about you a lot. I think I might love y-
Michael: Oh, shi*, sorry, my phone's about to die! -click-

(texting)
Chelsea: Myfriend Kyle said he really digs u. what did u think about him?

Ra's al Ghul

Ra's al Ghul (Arabic: رأس الغول Raʾs al-Ġūl; "Ghoul's Head") is a fictional character, a supervillain who appears in comic books published by DC Comics. Besides being considered to be one of Batman's greatest enemies, given his high status as a supervillain, Ra's al Ghul has also come into conflict with Superman and other heroes in the DC Universe. He is the son of Sensei, the father of Talia al Ghul, Nyssa Raatko, and Dusan al Ghul, and the grandfather of Damian Wayne. His name in Arabic has been translated in the comics as "The Demon's Head".

Ra's al Ghul has been featured in various media adaptions, most notably Batman: The Animated Series, where he was voiced by David Warner, Batman: Arkham City, voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, the films Batman Begins and The Dark Knight Rises where he was portrayed by actor Liam Neeson, and the TV Series Arrow where he is portrayed by actor Matt Nable.

IGN's list of the Top 100 Comic Book Villains of All Time List ranked Ra's as #7.
Ra's al Ghul, literally translated from the Arabic as Head of the Demon, is an international immortal eco-terrorist and an enemy of Batman. Believing that humanity is a blight on the planet, his extremist environmentalism has led him to seek the destruction of modern society. Born centuries ago, he has sustained his life through usage of restorative Lazarus Pits. These centuries of experience have made him an incredible tactical expert and physical combatant, allowing him to establish the League of Assassins. His daughter Talia al Ghul has been romantically involved with Batman, leading to a child between the two named Damian Wayne. Ra's al Ghul was created by Dennis O'Neil and Neal Adams, first appearing in Batman #232. (1971)
