Urban medical term more commonly known as blackout drunk. This is when some is in a state of being awake but not realizing or remembering what he/she did or was doing. This can be mistaken as someone being an asshole as in most cases that is the only symptom.

Dude why is that guy being an asshole? Oh wait he's just clinically unconcious.
