"I have no idea why they hate me so much. We've never even talked."
"Maybe you need to go to reverse anger-management".
"Good idea. It's not like this is the first time it's happened".

In the SaaS subscription world, a native english speaking account manager, located in America, that went to college and understands real life. They'll actually help you with your business needs,,, as an American. Paid tools that you use at work such as HR apps, Ticketing systems, and so on include a customer success manager.
I can't log in to some cloud based software so I called my customer success manager and chewed his ass out.

Glorified game managers are slightly above game manager quarterbacks with elite talent at receiver and running back while possibly also having and elite oline around them so therefore put up pretty good to elite stats. Some examples of glorified game manager quarterbacks are Jimmy goroppolo, Ryan Tannehill, Dak Prescott, and Kirk Cousins
“Tom Brady isn’t that good. 2019 proved he’s a glorified game manager at best and can’t carry a team on his back.”
“Dak Prescott isn’t good man. He’s a box score stat padder when he’s losing by 3+ scores in the 2nd half. He also had cooper Gallup ceedee zeke and his oline is elite when healthy.”
