Short for "free throw (basketball) communist. Someone that thinks both teams in a basketball game should have an equal amount of free-throws, regardless of in-game context (like one team shooting more 3 pointers or driving to the basket less). Like communist states, they force everyone to share equally, even if it harms them. This argument is used to slander the Los Angeles Lakers, supposedly "the League is rigging games for the Lakers" (No they're not)
