Hungarian barstool

The device commonly known as Traffic cone is used in certain neighborhoods of Budapest for the purpose of sitting, especially as a barstool in clubs, bars and liquor stores. The persons who sit on Hungarian stools are usually Hungarian patrons of these establishments or foreign booze hounds and vodkaginas.
