Anyone who believes that there are differences in races. A completely logical "theory" since the whole reason there are races is the fact that there are differences in races.

There is abundant, blatant evidence to support the way of thought.

It isn't necessary to hate other races to be a racist. And any race can be a racist.

It isn't wrong to be a racist.
