The Majority of people will say reefer is another name for marijuana, which it is, but it also is a slang term for someone who smokes way to much of it to be called a stoner, or a pothead.

A lopsided, disproportionate human being who thinks she is capable of mass destruction but couldn't hurt an ant. She also likes to hang from fences held up by nothing but the back of her shorts because she is too clumsy to make it over. Whenever she can dismount herself (after everyone has taken pictures) she enjoys spending her time eating two dicks.
