SWAP-DROP

The sadness one feels when a hookup with a new partner, is not going to happen, specifically in a wife swapping fantasy. For whatever reason, the hookup never happens, schedules, sickness, cold feet, shark week etc. When those reasons mix with higher than normal expectations, misperceptions of levels of experience, fear of safety etc. it causes a reluctance to act on the desire to hook up. It didn’t happen and now you are sad and wish it had all played out differently. The moment is gone and someone is relieved, someone is sad and the other doesn’t care.

Swap Drop is caused by a loss of perpetual state of desire and anticipation. It is replaced by an empty feeling that for some they can be can be replaced by another few quick swipes to the right. For others, it's a sign that it's time to buckle down and get back to the real world with very little time for fun and frivolity.
SWAP-DROP used in a sentence.

"I've got SWAP-DROP from not getting to hook up with that really cute guy. (Crystal Clear Blue Eyes)"

Pal 1: What’s wrong, where is the pep in your step? You’ve been in such a good mood lately!?!

Pal 2: Recent plans fell through and now I have a case of Swap-Drop

Pal 1: Oh that sucks, you were so excited and peppy.

Pal 2: I know it really sucks, he was super cute, a good guy who has the most beautiful Crystal Clear Blue Eyes I've ever seen. I think he over thought it and freaked out a little. I guess the moment passed. I wish him well though. Half the fun of seeking out this kind of fun in the first place is random fun texts from a cute dude, it's exciting and I’ll miss it.

Pal 1: Oh wow! I know how hard you work and how infrequently you get to let your hair down and relax, that must suck. Good thing you still get to fuck your hubby on the regular though.

Pal: 2 Yup there’s that, so not a total loss ;)~ Oh and I got a cool new playlist!

drop the form

"Drop the Form" (as in, drop the formality), is a polite phrase used to ask someone to dress and/or act casually, rather than properly, to create a more intimate and realistic environment in order to get to the point of a conversation, skipping the formalities.

Note: In an altered definition, DTF can mean to literally drop a form of a piece of paper onto the ground.
1. "Drop the form, Debra, are we breaking up or not?"

2. "Sir, per chance, would you care to procure one of the many exclusive Chanel-"

"Whoa bro, drop the form. I'm just window shopping."

3. "Robert, should I don the Versace blazer or the Gucci silk jacket?"

"No, no, no, no. Drop the form, compadre, we're just going to the beach."

4. "Oh, crap, I dropped the form again. Pick it up for me?"
