Rats-Assing

(1.) The act of bragging about something not at all worth bragging about. (2.) Someone who constantly brags or talks about things as if you should be jealous, when, in reality, you could really care less.

Walked into work with Lisa this morning. She was rats-assing about her weekend the whole way in.

Nerd-Rat

When someone who works in professional services (lawyers,doctors, accountants.. etc) is over studious and over achieving and makes others look worse and thus makes them work harder.

Typically seen in public accounting.

SG (tax accountant): hey Bro, you here JM asked for more work from the managers & partners. He said he still had capacity working only 60 hour weeks. Wants to up to 80.

DB (Other accountant): Man, that guy always tries to make us look bad we we only work the designated 37.5 hours a week. He’s such a fucking Nerd-Rat. *bangs fist on table*

SG: yea but your also a fucking nerdrat working 42 hours a week.

DB: Your a fucking nerdrat

SG: fuck you. Nerdrat

She filed uttering threats charges against him when it wasn't directed at her. She's a rat.

Smack Rat

Smack rat. A person who has an appearance strikingly similar to that of a rat and just so happened to partake in copious amounts of smack (opioids)

Often a cold hearted fellow who would give their left arm for a packet of baccy and a spam fritter.

(Say in a vicious and raspy voice as an insult)

Person-Here, I wish they would stop being so horrible
Person 2- Don't worry mate, they're a fucking Smack Rat

The term "hood rat" has been long used to discribe loose women and men from around urban areas. Basically just switch Urban to any bar where beards, tats, and IPA is on tap.

Street Rats

Rats that live on pavement and, most commonly, streets. Like sand rats and the other variations of “rat” they are hostile if not fed goldfish and/or soda.

If you don’t pour the rest of your coke on the grounds the street rats will take you down.
