without a doctors supervision or under the supervision from a "dirty doctor" (cash only, strip mall doctors)

He went to see his strip mall, cash only doctor today. He says he needs Adderall to focus for work, but we all know he uses then to party on Saturday night. He's such a PharmaTweeker.
