A tune or song you can't quit humming, whistling or get out of your head. A neologism starting with the word, "conundrum", adding hum in the middle, and incidentally containing the word, "humdrum", which describes the monotony of the tune's incessant repetition.
After leaving the musical, I found myself humming the title song over and over until I was driven crazy by the conhumdrum.
