Cause Clinger

A person who posts on social media their undying affection and steadfast devotion to a person with "different abilities" or disease even though they have little to nothing to do with that person in real life unless it's for a photo-op or social media post.

Patty's FB post: "Here's my beautiful & amazing little friend who lights up my world!!!" {Picture attached hugging"little friend" in wheelchair}

Outsiders: "That Patty really is amazing for all she does for disabled people!"

Family of the disabled person: "That Patti is a real Cause Clinger, huh? It's the first time we've seen her in two years, but she acts like she sees us all the time. Fake. Gross. Sad."

Nhoke Ciggers

There was a man, whose name was Hulk Nelson, who really liked nicotine. He was so addicted to it that people always said "Hulk loves cigs!". Hulk had a friend who was very poor at pronounciation and had Alzheimer. He pronounced "Hulk" as "Hoke" and used a "N" before that, becase his last name starts with N. Because of his Alzheimer, he forgot that Hulk actually likes cigs and just said "Nhoke Cigs!". Other people heard it and thought that it is his name. As "Cigs" sounds weird as a last name, they decided to add "Ers" at the end, so his name became "Nhoke Ciggers". Ever since he became popular in his town and every started calling him "Nhoke Ciggers" and he had to abandon the town and live in the wild. He was never seen again.

It is definitely not an extremely racist spoonerism.

"Yo, man, do you know about Nhoke Ciggers?"
"Yeah, I've heard about him. He's gone missing for 5 years now."
